Our Account Managers are responsible for developing long-term relationships with our client partners, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders to ensure that their objectives are met, and functioning as a liaison between the Norton team and the client.
Position Responsibilities

» Strategic approach to work

» Function as a thought partner and collaborator with the client

» Determine creative best practices for client work, client presentations, meetings, status calls, reporting, etc.

» Manage agency resources, coordinate timelines and budgets, and ultimately ensure programs are completed on time and on budget

» Identify opportunities to further develop the business, and partner with sales to execute

» Foster collaboration, motivate, and inspire teams to achieve excellence in their work

» Analyze industry data and report on client business and competition.

» Conduct quarterly business reviews with clients to ensure their objectives are being met
Qualifications Required

» 3-7+ years of relevant client-facing experience

» Demonstrated project management skills

» Ability to manage multiple projects and clients at one time, recognize priorities and be solution oriented

» Detail oriented and proactive communicator

» Excellent analytical, problem solving-and decision-making skills; able to drive decisions and ensure progress in the face of obstacles

Our ideal new teammate has at least 5 years’ experience as a professional designer with experience in producing unique concepts, architectural drawings, renderings, and interior detailing with a focus on restaurant or retail spaces.
Position Responsibilities

» Produce high-quality architectural drawings, renderings, and presentations that effectively communicate design intent.

» Actively participate in design critiques, brainstorming sessions, and design reviews to foster a collaborative design environment.

» Create 3D photo-realistic renderings and walkthrus.

» Create complete construction documents for permitting bid, & construction processes.

» Ensure accurate preparation of project construction documents & code compliance.

» Experience in custom design & procurement.

» Ability to work well under pressure, juggle and prioritize multiple projects, and adjust work accordingly often against tight deadlines.

» Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
Qualifications Required

» Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interiors, or related field.

» Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

MUST BE LICENSED IN TEXAS. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate concepts into remarkable architectural solutions. This role will be responsible for leading and contributing to various stages of the design process, from initial concept development to construction documentation.
