Our ideal new teammate has at least 5 years’ experience as a professional designer with experience in producing unique concepts, architectural drawings, renderings, and interior detailing with a focus on restaurant or retail spaces.
Position Responsibilities

» Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop creative and innovative design concepts that align with project goals and client expectations.

» Communicate with clients and team members in a professional and timely manner.

» Produce high-quality architectural drawings, renderings, and presentations that effectively communicate design intent.

» Actively participate in design critiques, brainstorming sessions, and design reviews to foster a collaborative design environment.

» Create 3D photo-realistic renderings and walkthrus.

» Create complete construction documents for permitting bid, & construction processes.
-
» Ensure accurate preparation of project construction documents & code compliance.

» Experience in custom design & procurement.

» Ability to work well under pressure, juggle and prioritize multiple projects, and adjust work accordingly often against tight deadlines.

» Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
Qualifications Required

» Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interiors, or related field.

» Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Our ideal new teammate has at least 5 years experience as an architect with experience in producing architectural drawings, renderings, and construction documents with a focus on restaurant or retail spaces. MUST BE LICENSED IN TEXAS. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate concepts into remarkable architectural solutions. This role will be responsible for leading and contributing to various stages of the design process, from initial concept development to construction documentation.
