Norton was tasked to break the guest perception of a utilitarian food stop with an overhaul of branding, menu, and messaging.

Solve

The team immediately elevated photography, design, and messaging, bringing to life the artisan-inspired, seasonal options made with fresh ingredients. We employed quarterly cross channel consumer engagement programs. These campaigns resulted in massive social and e-club growth as well as stabilized declining sales figures to flat. Catering and online ordering were highlighted which helped grow out-of-store sales.
